Firefox 3.6 has been a much-delayed release, but the release candidate means that the final release is just around the corner. The Firefox 3.6 release comes packed with Personas built-in (the no-restart theming functionality), better tools to keep plug-ins up to date, improved performance, and improvements for HTML5.
