The Africa features a 400MHz processor, 256MB RAM and 2GB flash memory. It also includes a 7-inch display as well as runs both Linux or else Windows CE. According to the company, you can expect about four hours use on the included Lithium battery.

Also launched is the redesigned CherryPal Bing 13.3-inch netbook. The Bing is boosted by an Intel Atom N280 processor, 1GB RAM and a 160GB hard drive. It include 1.3 Megapixel webcam. The Windows XP-running Bing is priced at $389.
